Instructions for getting a taxi from the airport to Alegria B&B:
The final step inside the international terminal at SJO is to take your baggage through customs inspection. You will exit through the doors for taxis/ground transportation. Look to the left for a booth at the end of the hall for taxis. Do not be deterred by men enticing you to use their taxi before getting your paid receipt. Give the address below to a cashier. They will charge you about $5.00 and they do accept dollars. You will be given a receipt that you take to the taxi stand outside for your ride here. Tips are optional. We will deduct the fare from your first night’s stay.
